Lab #3 How much would you sell your permanent right to vote for?
I walked around the mall and I do not know any of them. Some of them didn't care and just wanted the money while others would never sell their vote. One guy put an exact amount to buy a new truck.
It's pretty surprising to me that people would sell the right to vote, because to me, it's such an important thing. I don't think I would feel like a member of society if I weren't able to vote once I am eighteen.
Wow it's hard for me to believe that people would sell their right to vote. I think that that is something that people should be more grateful for because in most countries people don't have that opportunity to pick who will lead their own country. I think that maybe some of the people that said that they would sell this right are probably the ones that don't take the time to become educated about who is running in presidential races. These people may have not even taken the time to think about what they are saying in "selling their right to vote." They may think that well, "If I can make a few extra hundred bucks, then why not,?" but I think that they cannot overlook something that should be treasured.
WOW...that is so sad that some people would give up their right to vote! I can't believe that, its such a privilege and people just don't realize how lucky we are to have a say in what happens in our country! ---Kalie
I agree with all the other people have said. It's crazy that some people actually said they'd sell their given liberty when they reach the age of 18, to vote for the leader of your country! People can be so ungreatful! Enspecially the ones who would sell it for a small amount like $500! Crazy! I also love the pictures you got with the people! They all look like they're your BFF! ahah
I do not know why there are some people want to sell their rights to vote... Voting right is extremely important to the citizens of a country. They should respect their vote, instead of selling their voting rights!

It's awfully sad that some people would actually sell their rights. It's sort of like selling your soul to the devil.
